Below are the fibreglass hulls that are available from SJB Ship Models. These hulls are made from polyester resin and chop strand fibreglass mat. The small hulls in particular are made very light so that they are suitable for functional Radio Controlled models. This means that the hull is often very flexible until it is braced by fitting a deck. Larger hulls are usually a little stiffer as they will have a couple of layers of mat.
These hulls are built to order so there will generally be a few weeks or more after an order is placed before the hull is ready. Likely time frames can be discussed prior to an order.
